Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you as the buyer. FurEver Joyful is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping We ship internationally, including to the European Union. EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period (see our Refund Policy for details).
